Refund policy
Our 90-Day Glow Guarantee
We stand behind every Avellure mask. If you've given the product a fair try — using at least six masks — and don't see a visible difference in your skin, contact us at support@avellureskin.com and we'll refund the purchase price of your first order. We recommend using consistently, around 1–2 times per week, for the best results. Just include your order details and a brief note about your experience.
The Glow Guarantee is available on your first order and may be claimed once. We may ask for a little information about your experience to help us improve, and we reserve the right to decline a claim where usage appears inconsistent with the request (for example, where most of the product has been used but minimal use is claimed).
If your situation falls between our two policies — for example, you've used more than two masks but fewer than six — just reach out. We'll review it individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.
Standard Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging with no more than two masks used, and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase. Unopened, sealed items in original condition are always eligible within this window.
To start a return, contact us at support@avellureskin.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned to us before a refund is issued.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@avellureskin.com if your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product. Please include a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can review it quickly. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — usually with a replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order. We don't process direct exchanges.
Subscription Orders
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no hoops, no hidden charges. If you've already been charged for an upcoming order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to stop the shipment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and reviewed your refund request, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@avellureskin.com.
Skin Sensitivity & Patch Testing
Our products are cosmetic and everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the full ingredients list before purchase and patch-testing before full use. We’re unable to offer a refund or return simply because a product didn’t suit your skin where it isn’t faulty, so please patch-test first. This doesn’t affect your rights in respect of a product that is genuinely defective — if you experience a reaction you believe is caused by a faulty product, contact us at support@avellureskin.com and we’ll help.
Reshipments & Replacements
Items provided as a replacement or reshipment at no additional charge are not themselves eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Free Gifts & Promotions
From time to time we offer complimentary gifts as a thank-you. Each order is eligible for a maximum of one free item. If our system temporarily allows more than one to be added, only one will be honoured per order. Free or promotional items are not eligible for refund and have no cash value.
