Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at support@avellureskin.com before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US public holidays.

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day or two. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@avellureskin.com and we'll look into it.

Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Delivery Issues

Lost packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate or arrange a replacement.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email support@avellureskin.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we’re unable to change it once an order is processed. If a package is returned to us or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping it to a corrected address. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Delays Outside Our Control

We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
