Cancellation policy

This policy explains how to manage, change, or cancel subscription purchases from Avellure.

Subscriptions

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you'll receive repeat deliveries of your selected product based on the frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Managing Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time — no hoops, no hidden charges, no need to call.

There are two ways to manage your subscription:

  1. From your account dashboard — log in to your Avellure account and go to "Manage Subscription" to update delivery frequency, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel.
  2. From your order confirmation email — every confirmation email contains a direct link to your subscription settings.

Skipping or Pausing a Delivery

You can skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription for a set period without cancelling. This is useful if you've still got product left, or if you're going on holiday.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel, log in to your account and select "Cancel Subscription." Your cancellation takes effect immediately, and you won't be charged for any future deliveries.

If you cancel after your next order has already been processed, contact us within 24 hours at support@avellureskin.com and we'll do our best to stop the shipment.

Changing Your Subscription

You can change your delivery frequency, the product variant, or your shipping address at any time from your account dashboard. Changes apply to your next scheduled delivery.

Pricing & Renewals

Subscription pricing is locked in at the discount you signed up with for the lifetime of your subscription. If we update our pricing in future, your subscription rate stays the same — as long as your subscription remains active.
